FHR Residential Mortgage established operations in February 2006 in Phoenix, Arizona. The Mortgage Company is an Arizona-based not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) created to help low to moderate income working families become homeowners throughout Arizona.

In September of 2007, FHRRM opened their first branch in Tucson and has since become the Main Office of FHRRM. We can now provide a strong presence in the Tucson/Pima market, as well as throughout the State of Arizona, and work closely along side of Family Housing Resources, the Real Estate community, and other Non-Profit Down Payment Assitance Agencies. We will assist in working with all individuals to become mortgage ready, we will provide qualifying home buyers lower closing costs and the lowest interest rates possible for obtaining home loans with a commitment to focus, first and foremost, on first-time homebuyers.
